Primary sources used for carrying out the empirical analyses of Russian and EU foreign policy discourses on seven events that have been identified as floating signifiers from 2004 to 2021. The files of primary sources are arranged in zipped folders whose names relate to the seven identified events. A separate catalogue of sources provides a glossary and lists the original online location of the primary material.
